Jollibean is born! Our first store opens with a mission to provide fresh, healthy soy products.
2005
Expanded our menu to include our now-famous fluffy pancakes, becoming an instant hit.

Celebrated 20 years of service and opened our 50th store, thanks to our amazing fans.
